Is It Time for the New Years Diet Plan?

If you're like me, chances are you're going to think about going on a diet close to the new year.  ...who else isn't:)  It's a pretty popular new years resolution...isn't it?

Well, as you may know, it's all about two things.  Having the right diet and keeping physically active.

About having the right diet, it's pretty tough nowadays.  Everywhere you go, there is some restaurant selling a bunch of junk food.  So keep clear of those places:)

About keeping physically active, you'll need to set some activity goals.  This can range from going to the gym or even playing on your Nintendo Wii.  Keep it simple and fun!
